The Education Department of the Merz Foundation takes part in the Accademia della Luce project, the Public Programme accompanying Luci d’Artista, the public art exhibition promoted by the City of Turin in cooperation with the Education Departments of the city’s museums and coordinated by the Fondazione Torino Musei.

For each edition, the Education Department proposes a series of educational initiatives, drawing on the ideas offered by the curatorial approach of Antonio Grulli, and develops a programme of activities that contributes to the exhibition in a participatory way, through the enhancement of the luminous public artworks displayed throughout the city and the promotion of a sense of active citizenship.
