The community choir of Borgo San Paolo is back!
The series of meetings dedicated to using the voice as a tool for social connection and activation of public space is starting again. The sessions are open to everyone, even those with no previous singing experience, and are led by Marta Tangredi, artist and singing teacher.
The Borgo San Paolo Community Choir is a project coordinated by the Education Department of the Merz Foundation, in collaboration with Tampep ETS, and supported by Gastronomia VEG and Comala.
Building on the memory of the Coro Popolare Dante di Nanni (a community initiative launched in 2018 by the Associazione Popolare Via di Nanni) and continuing the collaboration with Tampep, this shared project focuses on integration, exchange, and active citizenship. It encourages connection, care, and sharing through the use of the voice as a unifying language.
The activity is free and open to all.
Choir rehearsals will take place in different locations around the neighbourhood, including the Merz Foundation, Giardino Chiribiri, Via Di Nanni, the spaces of Gastronomia VEG, the headquarters of Tampep ETS, and other local venues.
