The Education Department presents the second session of its teacher training programme. This session will explore key points of dialogue between the work of Mario Merz and Marisa Merz. The meeting will begin with a theoretical introduction analysing Marisa Merz’s drawings and woven works as the outcome of a repetitive, cyclical gesture, in dialogue with the concept of time.

The practical workshop will then focus on learning the basic principles of crochet technique.

The activity forms part of the third edition of aulArte, a project conceived and promoted by the Fondazione per l’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea CRT for schools in Piemonte, aimed at fostering the understanding and dissemination of contemporary art within the school curriculum.
